Complaints policy

If you have a complaint about the standard of care, treatment or service provided by the practice please contact our Complaints Manager. We have a complaints procedure that we use to ensure that complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.

Health & safety precautions

we would like to reassure our patients that all necessary precautions are taken to safeguard both patients and staff from cross-contamination. Disposable items are used where possible and all dental instuments and handpieces are Sterilised at very high temperatures in accordance with health and safety requirements.
